Pre User Config
- Plug the bootable device into the Mac (whatever version you require)
- Restart the device holding the alt key
- Once the machine has started up select the bootable area you want to boot from
- Select Disk Utility if you want to wipe the local disk and click Continue
- Select the internal drive and erase
- Click the apfs (default option) and ok
- Install the macOS
- Select the disk you want to install the software onto and click install
- Create a Computer Account with the deslocaladmin account
- Rename Mac to asset name and turn on remote management/remote log in (deslocaladmin)
- Run Mac update
- Finder > Preferences > Tick Hard disks and Connected servers
- Add Mac to domain by searching for Directory Utility
- Under Show Options click Create mobile account at login
- Hide Options > Administrative > Prefer this domain server: desdc01.design.local (tick this box)
- Tick Allow administration by and click OK
