- Click on Calls (left side)
- Click on Contacts (second down)
- Select Add Contact which is far right
- Type in the external users email address and click Add
- Go onto your Outlook and type in the external persons email address followed by clicking on "Join Teams Meeting"
- Once you send the invite it will appear in your Calendar.
Please note: You do not have to wait until the time of the meeting that displays in Outlook. You can both simply click on the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" which is shown above.
