First thing to try - can you delete any O365 Cookies? To delete the cookies for a specific website, go to that address, when the error is displayed click on the icon to the left of the http:// address in Google Chrome (Sometimes this will be the lock icon or paper icon) then you can see all the saved cookies. Click on the cookies, and then you will be able to purge.
