Changing the Amount of Notifications on Teams (macOS and Windows) : the Design Museum

- Open the Microsoft Teams application

- Click on settings

- Click on notifications and then the appropriate setting you want to amend

SETTINGS BELOW

- Missed activity emails: Teams will send you an email if you do not respond/miss a Microsoft Teams message (set times)

- Show message preview: Will show a recent message on your screen (uncheck to hide this)

- Play sound for incoming calls and notifications: Teams will play a sound for calls/messages
