Access your voice mail account from outside the Museum 

 

Dial 02079408262 

Press * 

It will prompt you for a mailbox number 

Enter your phone extension mailbox number. (e.g. for me it would be 5910, my internal extension) 

Enter password for voice mail  

You can then use the menu’s to change settings, messages etc. 

 

Once your happy with what you’ve set up, you can then phone your extension to check you’ve achieved what you hoped to
